Requirements for this will be(as per the video):-

• Kali Linux iso.. U can download it from here:- https://www.kali.org/
• Windows XP iso... U can download it for free from here:-  https://goo.gl/5Ix1N4
• Oracle Virtual Box or VMware [U can download them from their official site]
• Internet Connection is helpful.

I've used msfvenom to first create the payload and the I have used it to hack the windows PC..
